Steps to Applying

1. Background checks are required – a secure link will be sent to you so you may initiate this process. (Background check includes criminal and eviction).
2. Upon satisfactory review, an application will be emailed securely to you with instructions to reply with your digitally signed confidential application (you do not need to print and sign the application, typing your name is sufficient) and any supporting documentation. This documentation includes:

• 6 weeks of most recent pay stubs
• Completed tip affidavit form if the applicant receives tips
• Previous year’s tax return if the applicant is self-employed
• Evidence of any income such as worker’s comp/unemployment/GA/TANF/Child Support
• If an applicant is receiving social security, provide copy of social security award letter
